location good but issues exists

broken air conditioning minibar issue

location was pretty good.

the air conditioning wasnt workin for two days. this made the room real uncomfortable and i couldnt sleep well. also, the minibar wasnt restocked daily like it should be.

I found the location quite central. It was easy to reach shops and restaurants. the staff were very cute, especially at reception. the room i had was large and clean. It was tastefully decorated.

the street below could be a bit noisy late on weekends.

the staff provided exemplary service . i particularly appreciated the complimentary mini bar. breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered amazing views. daily housekeeping ensured a consistently clean room, very nice.

the street below had some noise late at night, even though the hotel is on a pedestrian street.

loud music thin walls

the staff were helpful when i asked for directions.

The noise at night was a problem. Loud music played until 3 am. the walls are thin. I could hear conversations in the next room. the breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was limited.
