location good but issues exists
broken air conditioning minibar issue
location was pretty good.
the air conditioning wasnt workin for two days. this made the room real uncomfortable and i couldnt sleep well. also, the minibar wasnt restocked daily like it should be.

central location cute staff clean room
I found the location quite central. It was easy to reach shops and restaurants. the staff were very cute, especially at reception. the room i had was large and clean. It was tastefully decorated.
the street below could be a bit noisy late on weekends.

i found the location convenient to explore. the rooftop restaurant offered good breakfast options with a fantastic view. the staff provided assistance with directions and local recommendations.

exemplary service complimentary mini bar rooftop terrace daily housekeeping
the staff provided exemplary service . i particularly appreciated the complimentary mini bar. breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered amazing views. daily housekeeping ensured a consistently clean room, very nice.
the street below had some noise late at night, even though the hotel is on a pedestrian street.

the room featured a well-stocked kitchenette, complete with dishes, cutlery, and cleaning supplies. i found the in-room laundry machine very convenient. high ceilings and stylish interiors added to the overall appeal of the room.

the hotel benefits from its super central location, placing it just steps from istiklal street. it also is near the tunnel, which provides easy access down to the waterfront. there are many bars and restaurants nearby.

loud music thin walls
the staff were helpful when i asked for directions.
The noise at night was a problem. Loud music played until 3 am. the walls are thin. I could hear conversations in the next room. the breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was limited.
